– Gift cards
– Final sale or clearance items
3. Return Process
To request a return:

2.If eligible, we will provide return instructions.
3. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
4. Refund Timing
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved:

– Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect on your account
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping.
